Is there a manual ?

Hello,
I have a pile of flashcards that I want to version control on git, and make it open to contribution.
I found QuitStore that supports git, and is about  Knowledge Management.

How can I input data from within QuitStore? Is there a manual somewhere for how is it supposed to look like once data is in the software and how to operate?
