Exemplar workflows #49
Description
We should package CountESS with several exemplar workflows that have been used to analyse real datasets and can be potentially used off the shelf to analyse new datasets that use the same experimental techniques.
This should include the main types of analysis supported by Enrich2 (log ratios and WLS regression) as well as VAMP-seq.
