Accommodate ISPyB PipelineID additions/changes

There are proposed changes to the PipelineId table in ISPyB. The changes are as follows:

• Swapping labels of xia2/XDS and xia2/3dii to be consistent with the naming in xia2. This will require the labelling in mimas to be updated.

• Addition of autoPROC+STARANISO as distinct pipeline

• Addition of multi xia2 pipelines

The new rows are all added with the "automatic" status, which means that they will not be selectable as a priority processing pipeline.
