GLOWS: test-run L3a with current L2 (Phase D) - Card 3049

@ahotasu indicates the GLOWS L2 files in the production environment are quite mature in terms of format, and it's worth testing the L3a code against them.

Run GLOWS L3a with the current L2 as inputs and address any minor/obvious issues such as renamed variables. Timebox to 8 hours; document and estimate any larger issues within that time.

We won't have the GLOWS team check these since they haven't validated the L2 inputs yet; this is more of a smoke test.

I started investigating this. Our GLOWS L3 processor, succesfully read in the latest L2 files, however it could not get beyond L3a processing, because the L2 files currently in production have all zeros for the 'spin_angle' variable. The SDC has already made changes to address this, but a new container has not been deployed to production.

@jtniehof Should we hold off on this until this update has been made, or look to generate GLOWS ourselves with the latest code?
