Registers a block editor sidebar comprising of the Plugin's Page/Post/CPT settings, allowing the user to control the Form, Tag, Landing Page + Member Content settings on a per-Post basis.

Classic Editor users will continue to see and use the metabox implementation of these settings.

Tests are refactored to cover Form, Tag, Landing Page + Member Content settings across Pages, Posts and Custom Post Types for both:

• Classic Editor (metabox settings)
• Block Editor (sidebar settings)
