We have RelativeSpawnOffset and RelativeSpawnVelocity, why not RelativeSpawnRotation?

Right now there's no way to manipulate the rotation of a grid being spawned (using trigger -> action -> spawner) relative to the grid spawning it. This would be super useful for spawning missiles, modules, towns, drones, and about a million other things.
