SpawnGroups which are activated using Trigger->Action->Spawner are required to have [RivalAiSpawn:true] in them. These SpawnGroups do not apply any ManipulationProfiles and partially ignore SpawnConditionsProfiles.
These SpawnGroups only look at SpawnConditionsProfiles to see if the [RivalAiSpawn:true] tag is in them. They don't seem to process anything else in the SpawnConditionsProfiles.
You can put some spawn conditions and manipulations directly in the SpawnGroup and they will work, but this doesn't allow you to use ManipulationChance or other similar functions.
