Update / Remove trkmcsci and trkmcssi branches

I believe ```trkmcsci``` and ```trkmcssi``` branches are deprecated. They used to store information about SurfaceSteps both individually and as a summary. This information is now in ```trksegsmc``` for the track. However, we may want to update these branches so that they contain information from any virtual detectors
