Segmentation and keypoints training

## Feature Description
I know there are traces of the repo being ready for instance segmentation inference but not for training. I probably won't be speaking only for myself but also for the rest following this amazing repo. Consider adding instance/panoptic segmentation like the original repo had or going beyond that with keypoints. I think it will add a lot of value to this MIT-licensed repo.
