Refer to reproducibility guide/course

In the use latest python episode, we briefly touch on keeping packages up to date.

This a much larger topic which comes under the umbrella of reproducibility, in future it would be nice to refer to further reading on the topic.

The upcoming https://rse.shef.ac.uk/training/fair4rs/ reproducibility course may be appropriate, I'm not sure how Python specific it will be though.

There’s also the Building Better Research Software course on the Carpentries Incubator; which includes an episode on reproducibility (as well as one on testing, for #74).

The Sheffield FAIR4RS syllabus is now all published, and I understand York are using some of it currently.

Probably makes more sense for carpentries-incubator stuff to be on the incubator repo and then I'll do my best to switch to Sheffield courses for this local copy.
