Translator: Overwork Documentation

The Translator documentation and the Concepts / Multilanguage translation must be overworked. It seams there are missing some important parts. After this the Datadescription Example 2 "Useing multilanguate" must be overworked.

Base documentation is reorganised and rewritten. There are some options in the component that are not documented yet, maybe the first two are not longer necessery.
