ScratchAttach's purpose is to make it easy to use "the Service" from Python, which is most definitely not made or approved by the Scratch Team.

I am guessing that a policy similar to certain other projects can be applied. As stated in the license, this is provided with absolutely no warrantee, i.e., use at your own risk.

I imagine the Scratch team will take down TimMcCool's project if they really have a problem with scratchattach.

Should we contact the Scratch team first to make sure they are ok with scratchattach? I think we should add a notice at least for now.

Also isn't the Scratch API technically provided by the Scratch team? I think this section applies only to scrapers like ScratchDB, but I could easily be wrong.

If they do indeed use it, it doesn't matter because they control the site.

i believe st used a template when making the new ToS. a lot of the terms can be found as an exact match in thousands of other ToS. I think we should wait until ST inform us about any changes in their attitudes towards scratchattach.

Maybe we should try to contact them about it, and maybe also about the other controversial terms (such as the AI training license grant).
