Auto-Sync Prices

I love the cost feature in my OpenWebUI but got tired of syncing up prices for new models. So I wrote (with teh help of Claude) a basic python script to sync prices for OpenAI & Claude models to a running OpenWebUI-Monitor instance.

It's working great for me so far, just put it on a weekly cron to update the prices or run with --dry-run get some basic debug data.
