Observability with AgentOps and LangFuse

Install the requirements with the below command
```
pip install -r requirements.txt
```
Create .env file from the template .env.template
```
cp .env.template .env
```
Edit the .env file and OAI_CONFIG_LIST files and then add the credentials.
