What is the problem the feature request solves?
We need something like #3842 for Iceberg scans. I am submitting the upstream PR to iceberg-rust now to get the bytes out of the ArrowReader, then once we have that we'll need to do similar plumbing the metrics in the right place in the Spark UI.
