Base Path Argument for Sysmap

It would be nice to have a base-path commandline argument. If given sysmap should store result files using that path. Also auto generated subfolders named using a timestamp would be very usefull for structuring. The problem is that sysmap runs on multiple nodes so the timestamps will differ even if its the same job.
