Develop Audit Agent Prototype

Description:
Create the Audit agent prototype for telemetry monitoring and system management.

Tasks:

• Implement code correction
• Implement telemetry data collection from KSP
• Create basic system monitoring capabilities
• Add resource tracking (fuel, power, etc.)
• Test system health reporting
• Document monitoring capabilities

Acceptance Criteria:
Successfully audits code and communicates with FlightAgent
Collects and processes telemetry data
Monitors spacecraft system health
Reports resource status to other agents
Basic anomaly detection working
Systems monitoring prototype complete
