Work Detail

• Add a navigation option to 'Browse ballot questions' with matching styling

• The MVP for the 'Browse ballot questions' is a list of current (2026) ballot questions with no sorting or filtering. Each ballot question should display:
  • document ID
  • name
  • sentiment icons
  • election year.
• It should not display:
  • committee (redundant, they are all submitted to the same committee as bills and they do not have a committee once they become ballot questions)
  • sponsor (they do not have sponsors)

Current State

• There is no pre-existing work on ballot questions
• Blocked by Implement data structure to support 'ballot questions' feature #2065
