Cannot enter @ on German keyboard (Alt-Gr + q)

Describe the bug

German layout keyboard.

Try type @ (Alt-gr + q). Nothing happens. Had the issue before also with #.

This really makes the CLI unusable since @ is a rather important key. Started with 1.02 as far as I remember.

Obvious troubleshooting did not work, restarted shell, copilot, Windows machine, etc. Happens on Laptop and workstation.
