Unreasonable rate limit reached quickly after updating to v1.0.29 (Pro+)

Description

I use the Copilot CLI for software development and am a Pro+ subscriber. Today, after updating to v1.0.29, I encountered a rate limit warning after only a brief period of conversation and development. This completely halted my work and resulted in the unnecessary loss of my premium request.

This has happened multiple times now, rendering the tool practically unusable. If this extreme rate limiting is expected behavior going forward, I will have to cancel my subscription.

Im running into it frequently too. I think its a problem with the underlying copilot service.

It also appears to be somewhat linked with Opus 4.6 getting dumbed down for imminent (today) release of Opus 4.7 and charging 7.5x premium rates for it.

btw, its not the upgrade, i'm getting same results after downgrade to v1.0.24

And don't expect it to be resolved. My "original" rate limit was for 51 hours and supposed to have been done with it 15 hours ago yet I am still rate limited. Haven't been able to do anything yet?
