Unreasonable rate limit reached quickly after updating to v1.0.29 (Pro+) #2768

Describe the bug

Description

I use the Copilot CLI for software development and am a Pro+ subscriber. Today, after updating to v1.0.29, I encountered a rate limit warning after only a brief period of conversation and development. This completely halted my work and resulted in the unnecessary loss of my premium request.

This has happened multiple times now, rendering the tool practically unusable. If this extreme rate limiting is expected behavior going forward, I will have to cancel my subscription.

Error Message

Sorry, you've hit a rate limit that restricts the number of Copilot model requests you can make within a specific time period. Please try again in 2 minutes. Please review our Terms of Service (https://docs.github.com/site-policy/github-terms/github-terms-of-service).
