Describe the bug

I'm experiencing an issue with my Copilot Pro+ subscription.

At approximately 14:33, I attempted to use Copilot Chat and received the following error:

"Sorry, you have been rate-limited. Please wait 2 minutes before trying again or consider switching to Auto.
Server Error: Sorry, you've exceeded your weekly rate limit. Please review our Terms of Service.
Error Code: user_weekly_rate_limited"

I waited over an hour before trying again, but the same error persisted.

I initially reached the weekly rate limit a few days ago, which was expected. However, the limit should have reset by now, but I am still receiving the same error today.

To clarify:

I am not currently sending large prompts or maintaining long conversations
The error appears immediately upon trying to use Copilot Chat with a simple Hello message
The issue persists even after waiting well beyond the expected reset window
