read "user" memory

I have a strange issue.

• I can read both EPC and user memory with Antenna 1 (internal) of ThingMagic USB Pro.
• When I use Antenna 2 (external), I am able to read EPC but user memory gives me None.
• I tested the external antenna with Universal Reader Assistant and can access the user memory using it.

Grateful for any ideas.

Stupid mistake. I just had to bump the power all the way to 30dB.
