Bump the probes image 0.0.7

Bump the image to introduce changes from kubernetes/perf-tests#3630, which introduce errorLogger and latencyLogger as well as flags enable-error-logging and enable-latency-logging to DNS propagation Prober.

I was not sure if we should bump the version, as second image in gcr.io/k8s-staging-perf-tests/probes:0.0.7 already contained the change. Please let me know if for this change I should bump the image version here as well.
