Netmedpy not usable due to empty __init__.py file

Hi,

Thanks for putting this together. I just wanted to test this but unfortunately I am not able to use any of the code because it seems the __init__.py file was purged in a recent commit. For now I fixed it myself by installing from source but I think it would be helpful to fix it for the package as this is already on pypi.
