New Versions are not ordered correctly

Description

When creating a new version, the elements within the sidebar keep their sidebar_position while the new version receives the 1. This leads to multiple versions having the same sidebar_position. A hot fix would be to manually change these values.

Already mentioned that this relates to the sidebar, but just for clarification: It's about the Release Notes in the sidebar. The version toggle on the upper right corner is alright.
