Relevance search tab incorrectly sorting by Most Downloads #5569

Please confirm the following.
- I checked the existing issues for duplicate problems
- I have tried resolving the issue using the support portal
What browsers are you seeing the problem on?
Chrome (including Arc, Brave, Opera, Vivaldi)
Describe the bug
When searching specifically within the "Resource Packs" category, the "Relevance" sorting tab produces results nearly identical to the "Most Downloads" tab.
