Update KAS registry docs: --public-key-remote is deprecated #257
Description
The otdfctl policy kas-registry create command shows:
DEPRECATION WARNING: --public-keys and --public-key-remote are deprecated and will be removed in an upcoming release.
Please use the 'policy kas-registry key' command instead.
The getting-started and configuration docs should be updated to use the new policy kas-registry key create workflow instead of the --public-key-remote flag on kas-registry create.
Discovered during production deployment of the GLP-1 tracker demo app.
