Unlock Saved Passwords promps loses focus to a query tool in the background #9784
Description
Describe the bug When I open pgAdmin 4, the focus is on the "Unlock Saved Passwords" prompt. After a second or so, the focus switches to the Query Editor in the background, causing me to type the password in clear text.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Have a Query Editor open in a previous session
Close and reopen pgAdmin
If the Query Editor loads in the background, it steals focus once it is loaded completely
Expected behavior The password prompt should either trap the focus or block the background text fields from receiving any key press events.
