Request for Torch 2.6.0+ Support in Orion-ml

Dear Orion Dev Team,

We are very interested in using Orion-ml for an unsupervised anomaly detection project. However, our ML workspace operates within a protected environment where our JFrog Artifactory flags all available torch packages below version 2.6.0 as vulnerable.

Given this, we would greatly appreciate it if you could update Orion-ml to support torch >= 2.6.0.
