Baremetal doesn't have the default values that we have via the peer-pods

One option is to use kernel params to provide some of the options
eg agent.aa_kbc_params=cc_kbc::${CC_KBS_ADDR}"

Drawback is this is limited. Imho, let's use a mutating webhook. Any webhook will do.
