Vite Plugin documentation page doesn't say which file to add configuration to.

The "Usage" section gives some code but fails to mention where to put it. It's vite.config.ts but you probably shouldn't assume that everybody will know this. 

I edit that file so infrequently that I had forgotten about it and it caused a few moments head scratching that I shouldn't have had to do.
