selectBestFile() now picks the closest resolution at or below 1080p instead of the highest available. Prevents 4K UHD videos (100-500MB) from filling Lambda's 2GB disk.\n\nFixes render timeout caused by Chrome rejecting frame fetches when disk is full.

Fix Pexels b-roll resolution selection — caps at 1080p to prevent 4K UHD videos from filling Lambda's 2GB disk. Fixes the render timeout Alex hit.
