The new reference [5]: /incident_response/incident_management/setup_and_configuration/#custom-fields sends readers to the setup overview page, but that page has no custom-fields anchor, so the “custom fields” link in this postmortem guide does not land on relevant content. In practice, users trying to understand available template variables will be dropped on an unrelated section instead of the Property Fields docs.

The new [3] reference points to /integrations/google_drive/, but this slug does not appear anywhere else in the repository (a repo-wide search for google_drive only matches this file), so readers clicking “Google Drive integration” are likely sent to a dead internal URL instead of setup instructions. Please replace this with the actual Incident Management Google Drive integration docs path (or an app/settings URL if no docs page exists).
