I tested it and it effectively resolves issue #8395. However, I don’t quite understand the relation with the PS_layers.sh test. |

I have not been following this issue. It it fixes one and doesn't break anything, than I think yes. |

Convert uppercase to lowercase, then concatenate

local test:
PS_layers.shfailure is due to a timeout, not a code error
