Manifest updates

Updates to example Manifests.

• Add id to Specific Resources
• Single value -> array
• Reverse coordinates to lon, lat for GeoJSON
• Fix incorrect IDs (e.g., targeting an audio track but type is Timeline)

Thanks Mike for those fixes. I updated the validator to ensure SpecificResource had an ID and language is always an array and found a few more which I've fixed.
