Support connecting to Unity/Mono games running in Apple Silicon / M1 M2 etc. / arm64 processes without Rosetta on Mac.

Tested with both Silksong and the new latest patch of Hollow Knight, 1.5.12459, which added native arm64 support. Previous versions had relied on Rosetta to run it as an Intel / x86_64 process.

Updated with the new Signature::Complex structure as of #130 with anchor_pos, anchor_byte, check_pos, and check_byte. And I have re-tested to make sure it still works with the improved scanning algorithm
