This pull request updates versioning, assembly information, and installer packaging for the project. The main changes include updating the version numbers, adjusting the versioning scheme, and improving the installer to include all necessary files.

Versioning and Assembly Information:

• Updated assembly version, file version, and informational version in AssemblyInfo.cs from 1.21.0 to 1.30.0 to reflect the new release.
• Changed versioning scheme in GitVersion.yml by adding a tag-prefix and specifying increment behavior for develop and main branches.

Installer Improvements:

• Added LogExpert.deps.json to the installer script to ensure all runtime dependencies are included in the installation package.

Test Artifacts Cleanup:

• Removed the outdated or invalid TestResult.xml file from the repository.
