This PR updates the GeoH5 log-file saving directive to use fixed log filenames rather than timestamp-suffixed filenames.
Changes:
- Switched output metrics file from
SimPEG_{time_stamp}.outtoSimPEG.out. - Switched log inputs/attachments from
SimPEG_{time_stamp}.log/ChiFactors_{time_stamp}.logtoSimPEG.log/ChiFactors.log.
