Change README heading to 'Nitro Platform Sample Code' and update the extract_data example to reference the local test PDF (samples/python/extract_data.py now points to ../../test_files/test-pdfs/Sample Tables.pdf). Replace/update several binary test assets and correct their file modes (remove executable bit) for: test_files/test-batch/Analysis.docx, test_files/test-batch/Feedback.xlsx, test_files/test-pdfs/Sample Tables.pdf, test_files/test-sign/company-policies.pdf, and test_files/test-sign/sample-company-policies.pdf.
Add new postman/Nitro Automation Platform APIs.postman_collection.json and remove the old postman/Platform-API.postman_collection.json. The new collection includes organized folders (Authorization, Conversions, Extractions, Transformations, Jobs, Work in Progress), example requests (multipart/form-data and OAuth token), and collection- and folder-level Postman test scripts for response validation. This replaces the previous collection with an updated, renamed export.
Delete power-automate/README.md which contained instructions for creating a Nitro Platform custom connector in Microsoft Power Automate, including connector setup, security, key operations (Convert Document, Extract Text, Get Job Status), sample flows, and best practices.
