Hey @lgarren! I'm the new ICARUS Release Manager. I already cut the ICARUSCode v10_20_03 release without knowing about this PR. I will cut a patch release later this week, but I wanted to first make sure I'm fine to do the "trigg3r build" (replace 3 with e; I don't know if CI tests run if that text is contained anywhere in a comment) workflow to ensure this PR now passes the ICARUS-level CI checks. It looks like those tests failed when they were last run on February 9th.
