If you've been living under a rock, Hypixel has ended 1.8 support on SkyBlock. This is great news for the future of the gamemode and we (SkyClient and Polyfrost) are very excited to see what possibilities this holds for them.
Because of the way SkyClient is coded, it would be virtually impossible for us to support 1.21 without a rewrite. The good news is that we've been working hard on OneClient for the last couple of months.
OneClient is the easiest way to play anything 1.21, whether on Hypixel SkyBlock, Hoplite, etc. To achieve a mod folder with 14 mods in 1.8 requires nearly 100+ on Fabric; OneClient installs and manages it all for you.
Like SkyClient, it allows you to select mods chosen by the Polyfrost team, and it's based off Fabric, giving you full control. The great thing about OneClient, however, is that it has its own launcher, making things even more convenient for you.

- Download the latest release.
- Run the
SkyClient-x.x.x.exefile. - Select your mods and packs
- Press install!
They are going to be installed for you, so you dont need to search for these mods by yourself. Enjoy!

Just in general, never ask the developers of a program if their program is a virus. Why would they ever say yes? As developers we aren't dumb enough to make an open source program a virus. If you trust all the creators of the mods on SkyClient, well, they trusted us enough to allow us to use their mods.
