…kflow and structure - Created new markdown files for various sections including events, executive updates, community news, and job postings. - Added a new template for the newsletter using Quarto and Liquid Templating. - Included a bash script to automate the rendering of the newsletter. - Updated parameters for the newsletter in params.yml. - Added images related to Women's History Month and notable figures in RSE. - Established a new output YAML file for managing references and citations. - Emphasized the celebration of women in RSE for Women's History Month.

I wasn't able to review all the files thoroughly, but two minor spelling mistakes to at least address. Did we update the way newsletters are done now or has quarto been the process for a while and I just missed it? If the former, have we documented the process somewhere?
