Patch accessory usb driver to allow faster writing speed

I assume you tested it and have a real benefits from this patch. Can I add this globally and not only for milkv? |

I am testing it daily in the car - so far so good. I was not sure if other platforms are using the same driver exactly (so the same patch can be applied). If so, of course this can be used globally. |

You can compare the performance (with the new binary as well) by running DHU in 1080p - the difference is significant and noticeable. |
