Implementation of the visibility / non-visibility contractors and separators from an observation point and for an obstacle segment.
Future work will be done to implement it relative to an obstacle polygon, as well as to extend the observation point to a line, a convex polygon or a general set of observation.
Implementation, examples, tests and the documentation are provided in this pull-request. Please check the tests before accepting as I was not able to launch them: a lot of them were failing even in unimplemented features ...
The implementation of the CtcVisible and the CtcNoVisible are available in codac2_ctcvisible.h / codac2_ctcvisible.cpp: I decided to not split into two files to keep things together and to limit the number of files. Feel free to request a split for the sake of clarity.
