Adds a big honking blue button to the front page to call users to 'get started!' with the proxy.
And a link to the footer.
In a separate PR maybe we should rethink the other Hero links, as it's a bit busy. But then
usecasesisn't linked to from anywhere in the nav/links. And the nav/links lists are already getting quite big. Can worry about that all separately.
