Summary
Made the language adding script have a non-interactive mode for agentic use
Added Dari as "prs" language code, rather than fa-AF which was what langcodes suggested as the language info for that code was "Persian (Afghanistan)" rather than "Dari" specifically, and the latter appears to be the more common way of naming the language in Afghanistan.

Reviewer guidance
This is a straight forward language code addition, with a small tweak to the tooling which I immediately tested.
AI usage
This was added while using Claude Code to build a content integration script for senf.af. Claude Code added the language code initially using the tooling, and I directed it to use the prs code instead. The native name was cross checked with Wikipedia for accuracy. I also rewrote its rewrite of the utility because I didn't like its choices in doing so.
