Removing deprecated guides as part of the UXTW legacy guides update effort.
This is a recommendation based on the new guide being published. The old Installing MySQL on CentOS 8 guide should be immediately flagged to be replaced with a modern, supported OS (e.g., AlmaLinux 9 or Rocky Linux 9) to maintain accuracy. The core installation process is platform-agnostic and valuable for SEO and user onboarding. The retained guide should be cleaned of all deprecated Linode-specific references and can be interlinked with the Akamai/Linode documentation covering their Managed MySQL Database offering, which is platform-specific. The existing PR #7349 contains the updated, current steps for installing MySQL on Rocky Linux 9 which would align with the goal to modernize the legacy CentOS 8 guide.
Insert deprecation notice in existing guide if PR 7349 is released.
