Allows bots to use any bandages they might have in their inventory, which is unlikely for random bots, but player bots might.
Uses bandages under two circumstances: as a substitute for food when none is available and your group is waiting for you, or if the bot is in combat at critical health and unlikely to be interrupted due to having direct aggro.
