  We attempted to refresh the UI in [this PR](https://github.com/open-sauced/hot/pull/189), but the change was too big to merge. We will need to break down the work into separate steps and approach this process in iterations. My suggestion to start this path. 1. Update the Nav 1. Update the Hero 1. Switch to List Cards by default 1. Add hot cards section 1. Update contributors hover interaction
