This PR significantly improves the repository's documentation by updating the root README.md, adding localized README.md files to each major subdirectory, and including a standard MIT LICENSE file.

Key changes:

  • Root README.md: Added 'Usage' and 'License' sections, updated the Table of Contents, and added the missing Trees/buildTreeTest.py entry.
  • Subdirectory READMEs: Created 10 new README.md files across all major categories (Arrays, Error-debug, GraphAlgorithms, LinkedLists, Queues, Recursion, Sorting, Stacks, Trees, deque), each listing and briefly describing the scripts in its directory.
  • LICENSE: Added a new root-level LICENSE file with the MIT License.

These additions provide a more professional structure to the repository and make it easier for users to navigate and understand the available data structures and algorithms implementations.
